County Kildare, Ireland

Tuesday 27th April– Friday 30th April 2027

We are already looking ahead to Punchestown 2027 for what promises to be another exceptional trip. Building on the success of our 2026 tour, which included a memorable stable visit to Jessica Harrington’s yard where we saw Quinta Do Lago ahead of his victory later that day at the festival, we are planning an equally special experience for next year.

Our 2027 package will run from Tuesday 27th April to Friday 30th April, with flights available from across the UK, making it easy to join us from a range of departure points. Set in County Kildare, Punchestown is the grand finale of the Irish jumps season, where champions are crowned and the very best horses, trainers and jockeys come together. The atmosphere across the week is unrivalled, combining top class racing with a relaxed and welcoming feel that makes it a favourite among racing fans.

Our tour will once again feature a selection of carefully chosen hotel options, along with the opportunity to include exclusive behind the scenes experiences. Previous trips have seen our guests visit leading yards and enjoy unique access that you simply do not get elsewhere.

Across the four days, you can expect top class racing throughout, from the early Grade 1 action to the highlight of Gold Cup Day. Each day offers something different, making it a brilliant trip whether it is your first visit or you are returning once again.

If you would prefer to tailor your trip, we are also able to create bespoke packages to suit your plans, whether that involves different travel arrangements, extended stays or additional experiences.

PUNCHESTOWN FESTIVAL

ABOUT THE EVENT:

A showcase of jump racing is in store over five fabulous days where 12 grade one contests and over €3.3 million in prize money is up for grabs. Seasoned campaigners compete shoulder to shoulder with rookies and new names and this is where our champions are crowned and fresh talent emerges. It is truly a fitting finale meeting for our horses, trainers, jockeys and owners who have entertained us over the jump season.

Few sporting experiences compare with the raw energy of horse racing in Ireland. It is inherent in Irish culture and heritage. It is fast, it is tough, it is fiercely competitive but it is exhilarating, thrilling and passionate in equal measure. The energy from the track feeds the enclosures where the atmosphere is unbeatable. The soundtrack of cheering, chat, live music and bustling bars injects that festive spirit. Do not miss it!!

A Special Trip

Our son Graham had a big birthday and we wanted to give him something special. He decided he would like a trip to Dublin and in particular the Punchestown Festival. The trip was action packed from Day1 and very tiring but Marc, Simon and the team organised everything perfectly.
The visit to the National Stud was my particular favourite.

Well organised trip

Wonderfully well organised trip, so much packed in to two fantastic days of racing.
Visiting the legends was probably the highlight, seeing horses I'd won and lost money on over many years :)
