DEAUVILLE & Clairefontaine 5-night TOUR
PRICE FROM £1295.00pp
Deauville, France

Wednesday 1st July - Monday 6th July 2026
Deauville in July is the centre of the French flat racing world, where racing, bloodstock and summer atmosphere combine in one of Europe’s most elegant seaside resorts. This tour is timed to coincide with a key week in the calendar, featuring racing at both Clairefontaine and Deauville alongside the renowned Arqana Sales, where many of Europe’s leading owners, trainers and agents gather each year.
As well as the racecourse action, the itinerary provides a deeper look into the breeding side of the sport, including an exclusive visit to Haras de Beaumont, home to leading stallions including Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Ace Impact. Together with a day at the Arqana Sales complex beside Deauville Racecourse, the trip offers a rare opportunity to experience the full spectrum of French racing and bloodstock during the height of the season.
Deauville itself is known as the “Queen of the Norman beaches”, renowned for its long promenade, grand hotels and lively summer atmosphere. There is also time built in to enjoy the town away from racing, whether exploring the shops, visiting nearby Trouville and Honfleur or simply relaxing by the beach and harbour.
Combining two race meetings, the Arqana Sales and an exclusive stud visit, this tour offers a rare chance to experience French racing and breeding at close quarters during one of the most important weeks of the summer. Set against the backdrop of Deauville’s famous coastline, it is a trip that blends sport, access and atmosphere in a way few racing destinations can match.

HARAS DE BEAUMONT STUD FARM
ABOUT THE TOUR:
A major highlight of the tour is an exclusive private visit to Haras de Beaumont, one of the most exciting new stud farms in European racing. In a remarkably short time the operation has established itself as a significant force in the French breeding industry and now stands an outstanding roster of top class stallions.
The farm is home to unbeaten Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner and Cartier Horse of the Year Ace Impact, whose dominant victories in the Prix du Jockey Club and the Arc marked him as one of the best horses of his generation. You will also see fellow Group 1 winner Sealiway, winner of the Champion Stakes, along with other high quality stallions, mares and young stock, offering a rare chance to experience the breeding side of the sport at close quarters.
Located on the historic grounds of the former Haras du Quesnay and just minutes from Deauville and the Arqana Sales complex, the stud combines a rich heritage with a modern, ambitious operation that has quickly become one of the most talked about in Normandy. This guided visit provides a behind the scenes insight into how an elite thoroughbred stud operates and the opportunity to see some of the horses shaping the future of European flat racing.

A Special Trip
Our son Graham had a big birthday and we wanted to give him something special. He decided he would like a trip to Dublin and in particular the Punchestown Festival. The trip was action packed from Day1 and very tiring but Marc, Simon and the team organised everything perfectly.
The visit to the National Stud was my particular favourite.

Well organised trip
Wonderfully well organised trip, so much packed in to two fantastic days of racing.
Visiting the legends was probably the highlight, seeing horses I'd won and lost money on over many years :)
