WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING?

As another fantastic summer of racing draws to a close, here is the 2025 Flat Season in numbers , and it’s been a busy one!

A huge thank you goes to all owners, trainers, jockeys and racegoers who made this year such a memorable one. With the curtain coming down on another successful flat campaign, attention now turns to an exciting autumn and winter calendar, including Oktoberfest, the Spooky Spectacular Fireworks Night, and plenty more entertainment to come at Windsor!

Some of our members also took a trip to Dan Horsford's yard which was a great opportunity to see how his new career is taking shape after taking out his training license in the early stages of the year. Dan took time out of his busy schedule to speak to everybody that was there and take us up to the gallops which is an incredible place!

Richard Hoiles, ITV Racing commentator, was also in attendance which was a pleasant surprise for everybody and he was on hand to for everybody to ask questions about his illustrious career in the broadcasting industry.
