It was great to see some of our Annual Members enjoying themselves at Rebecca Menzies' Stable Visit in April prior to our evening meeting. We had the chance to look all around the fantastic facilities that Rebecca has and look behind the scenes at one of Sedgefield's most prolific trainers!

Rebecca had one runner at the meeting, Swingingonthesteel, who looked to follow up his success in a warm-looking bumper. Follow up he did and he won convincingly under Nathan Moscrop who delivered his mount in the straight to win going away. The card was filled with entertaining finishes including our opener where four jumped the last together as one! But it was the Irish raider Sage Conseil who prevailed in another successful British raid by Irish trainer John McConnell.
